I believe that an important part of the growing and learning is not attempting to be seen as an authority on all subjects and in all situations.

 

Social Justice Hour is a group discussion, not a lecture. The goal is to come together and learn from each other's perspectives and ideas. I'm excited by the prospect of learning from others, and if you are too then you're in the right place.

On Read is, similarly, an opportunity to look at longer form media and dissect the themes and takeaways together for a better understanding all around. The process of educating oneself shouldn't take place in complete isolation.
